01 Additional Work and Unforeseen Issues
This quotation is based on the information and conditions reasonably ascertainable at the time of assessment and is strictly limited to the work, labour, materials and services specifically described herein.
Should, during the course of carrying out the quoted work, any concealed defect, pre-existing damage, deterioration, faulty component, unforeseen condition or other issue be discovered, or should any component or part fail or become damaged as a result of its existing condition or in the ordinary course of attempting to repair, maintain, remove, replace or access the relevant item, any additional labour, materials, parts, repairs or services required as a result thereof shall be regarded as additional work and shall be charged separately.
Where reasonably practicable, Prime Built Solutions will notify the owner of any additional work and the associated costs before proceeding. However, where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent further damage, loss or deterioration, or where prior approval cannot reasonably be obtained, Prime Built Solutions shall be entitled to carry out such necessary work and charge the applicable additional costs.
The final amount payable may accordingly differ from the quoted amount where additional work or materials are required due to circumstances not reasonably ascertainable at the time of quotation.
02 Quotation Validity and Warranties
Quotation Validity: This quotation is valid for 14 days from the date thereof. After expiry, prices and material availability are subject to re-confirmation.
Parts & Materials: Any materials, units, or parts supplied are subject to the applicable manufacturer's or supplier's warranty terms.
Workmanship Warranty: A 1-year warranty on workmanship applies to the work performed by Prime Built Solutions, subject to the terms and conditions applicable to such warranty.
03 Client Indemnification
The Client hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Prime Built Solutions, including its employees, agents, representatives and/or authorised persons, against any and all loss, damage, injury, liability, costs, claims, demands or expenses of whatsoever nature which may be suffered or incurred by the Client, arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with any act or omission, negligence, default or breach of contract by Prime Built Solutions, its employees, agents, representatives or subcontractors in the rendering of the Services, including any loss or damage caused to any person or property in the course of or as a result of the rendering of the Services.
